Pain points I address
For Companies:
- Your product has traction, but not growth
- You have a strong product, but want to expand into new services or markets
- You have identified opportunities but lack the bandwidth or time to execute
- Your initial tech team got you from 0 to 1, but may not have the experience to get you from 1 to 10
For Small Growth-PE Firms:
- As a small firm, you don’t have the bench-strength to insert a partner to coach your portco on growth
- You want to keep your portco management team in place, but they need hands-on help to achieve their potential
- You’ve had to pass on deals, or limit your offer size, because you don’t have the ability to participate more actively to shepherd fulfillment of your investment thesis
I understand these pain points from first-hand experience – I’ve founded start-ups, launched products, and led divisions of mid-sized businesses to sustained growth. I live for being on the front lines of growth. That’s why I focus on helping my clients achieve product-driven growth as a hands-on fractional CPO or CTO. With over 20 years of experience bridging from the executive team, to product strategy, to product delivery, I don’t just create plans, I stick around through execution until results are real.

WHAT WE DO ?
Why Me
When a client engages Triple Digit, they’re bringing on an individual, me, Anthony. That has up-sides and down-sides. I’m happy to have a frank discussion of whether I’m right for you.
20
YEARS EXPERIENCE DELIVERING GROWTH
On the “up” side
- There is absolute accountability. I don’t deflect, shirk, or dodge.
- Communication is clear because there are no layers, intermediaries, or committees.
- I’m truly passionate about what I do. I will roll up my sleeves, align with your goals, and pour myself into delivering results that matter to you.
- I’m an engineer and I love fixing, solving, and building. A PowerPoint deck is never my end product. Enhancing your products, your technology posture, and your product- and tech team’s capabilities are.
- I’ve been in your shoes. I understand the pressure you’re under to deliver revenues or returns by selling a product or service to a customer who stays happy and keeps coming back.
- What you see is what you get. I don’t have a team of associates and analysts who do the work I “supervise.” If I bring in a specialist or contractor, I will be very transparent about it.
- There is no pressure for me to “land and expand.” I’m never going to push to deploy 20 associates, take over with staff augmentation, and run my billing up to cover corporate overhead.
On the “down” side
- If you have to answer to someone who is risk averse, who wants a “brand name,” or who has an “enterprise mind-set” I’m probably not going to satisfy them.
- I have limited bandwidth; I can’t scale to cover two of your divisions or deploy associates to all your portfolio companies. That’s why I stick to smaller clients (where there’s little chance of scope-explosion) and why I serve just 2-4 clients at a time.
Case Study
PCH
“Anthony successfully navigated a challenging set of cultural, resource, and technical constraints to
deliver the revenue growth we needed while maintaining progress on our pre-existing game development
initiative.” – Josh Glantz – VP, PCH Digital Network
Case Study
- Problem: PCH’s online games division faced stagnating revenue and an aging audience, with
leadership resistant to risk and innovation. - Solution: Focused on increasing engagement within existing games by segmenting users,
optimizing email frequency, and predicting player fatigue to redirect them before drop-off.
Result: Grew game play, page views, and ad revenue by roughly 35% over 12 months – without new investment, new users, or added headcount.
PLAAY
“Anthony got us out of a bad situation that probably would have moved to costly litigation. I don’t think we
could have gotten as far as we did, as fast, and at as reasonable a cost without his expert intervention.” -Chris Ricciardi – Founder and CEO, PlaaySports
Case Study
- Problem: PlaaySports had funding, customers, and a vision…but no working product. Their offshore dev
team was over budget, behind schedule, and holding the source code hostage. - Solution: I took over product leadership, built a relationship and trust with offshore dev to secure code
access, replaced the vendor, rebuilt agile processes, and refocused the team on field testing and user
feedback.
Result: Launched the product, achieved steady revenue growth, and ultimately secured an acquisition by a larger industry player.
FLOMATCHER
Case Study
- Problem: Revenue was unpredictable, tied to long-lead government contracts and custom
projects. - Solution: Designed a simple add-on product informed by existing design expertise and
outsourced production to reduce costs.
Result: Faster adoption through existing channels, improved margins, and a more predictable business model.

How we can get started
I prefer to start each client relationship with one or two smaller, time-bound, limited cost projects. That gives me a chance to prove myself to you and to earn the trust I’ll need to drive deeper, more impactful changes. It gives us both a chance to see if our working chemistry is effective. These engagements are designed so that, within a few weeks, you have a concrete deliverable in your hands that you can leverage whether we continue or not.
